Rules and Regulations

Only American cars 1976 and older are eligible to enter.

Entries are limited and subject to the discretion of Peggy Sue's All-American Cruise. Entrants must be 18 years of age.

All registered vehicles must carry proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum of $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury $10,000 property damage. Proof of insurance must be shown at check-in for the car registered.

All registered vehicles must have current DMV registration.

All registered vehicles will be issued a window sticker with identification number for that vehicle. Vehicles must display window sticker on the passengers side of the windslield at all times, cars without window stickers will not be allowed into any activity of Peggy Sue's All-American Cruise. Switching of window stickers from one vehicle to another or coping the sticker and placing in an other car  is prohibited and will result in eviction from the event.

Any vehicle found parked or drivingin the cruise without the proper window sticker will be ticketed and evicted from the cruise.

Wrist bands must be worn, without a wrist band the entry into the Chili Cook Off & Beer fest is $20.00 per person.

No "For Sale" signs will be allowed on registered cars during any activity at Peggy Sue's All-American Cruise. Owners with cars "For Sale" will have the opportunity to display their vehicle at the "Car Corral" on Sunday, June 11th (cost $25.00).

The use of hydraulics (for safety reasons), open headers (without prior permission from Rich Williams), unnecessary tire spin is prohibited during any activity at Peggy Sue’s All-American Cruise.

Alcohol is not allowed at any street event (cruise, poker runs, etc.) and glass containers are not permitted at any of the events.

The directors and event management of Peggy Sue’s All-American Cruise reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities. For any reason an entrant or his/her vehicle, their appearance or conducts are deemed objectionable by the directors or management, entrant and his/her vehicle will be evicted from the event. This includes, persons, things, conduct, printed material or any act or item of poor character considered objectionable. No refunds will be returned in the case of an eviction.

There will be no bicycles, scooters, roller blades or skate boards allowed in either park during Peggy Sue's All-American Cruise.

As a Participant in Peggy Sue’s All-American Cruise Car Show, on June 7, 8, 9, 10, 2007, agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Peggy Sue’s All-American Cruise and/or the City of Santa Rosa,  California and/or any location within Sonoma County [herein referred as “Cruise Event”] from any and all claims, suites, actions and legal proceedings field or brought against the “Cruise Event,” for or on account of any loss, damage, delay or personal injury which may be related in any way to the “Cruise Event”.

All regulations of Peggy Sue‘s All-American Cruise, laws and traffic laws of the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County, CA. will be strictly enforced.
